Whole-Person Development

We learn not just for school, but for life.

We want you to go far, and here at Ursuline Academy we focus on your whole-person development to provide you with the necessary tools to make that happen. We use assessments like the Myers-Briggs to allow students to develop a sense of self, and with that, a sense of their God-given gifts and talents.

We believe this data, combined with various personality development opportunities through group work in the classroom, allows girls to develop their unique leadership styles. This knowledge and self-awareness creates capable, driven, and ambitious women ready to take on what comes next.

High School can be difficult, getting the help you need doesn’t have to be.

Every Ursuline student has access to social-emotional support services through our trained school counselors and on-site counselor from Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center. These professionals work together to ensure the well-being of all Ursuline students.

You can stop by or make an appointment to speak with your counselor or arrange for regular counseling sessions with our specialist from Cincinnati Children's. As a Catholic institution, we believe that parents are key partners in their daughter's education and well-being.

Ursuline's support network extends directly into the classroom. We offer a range of easy-to-access peer and professional academic support services, ensuring that students feel supported and cared for from all angles.

Meet our Facility Dog, Redd!

Redd is Ursuline’s friendly facility dog, a golden retriever trained by Circle Tail, Inc. He joined campus in 2024 and quickly became a student favorite. Redd loves visiting classes, handing out birthday cards, and showing off tricks like peek-a-boo and high five. Students (and faculty and staff) can schedule 20-minute appointments with Redd for canine stress relief. Off duty, Redd enjoys backyard adventures and runs with his family.

Prior to Ursuline, I was a very quiet person and struggled meeting new people. At UA, I have been able to make so many friends and have talked to so many new people!
