We are excited to share with you that Ursuline will be moving forward as an EdChoice scholarship provider for the 2020-2021 school year.
The Ursuline Sisters of Brown County held the philosophy that they would do their best to provide an Ursuline education to any young woman who is academically qualified. The Sisters' philosophy was at the heart of the decision to move forward with accepting EdChoice Scholarships; we believe this will be an exciting opportunity to help many of our current and future families better afford an Ursuline education for their daughters.
We encourage any family that thinks they qualify for the EdChoice Traditional Program to submit their EdChoice scholarship application during the priority application period which began April 1 and ends May 30, 2020.
The second application period begins July 1 and will remain open. (Availability may be limited for the second application window, therefore you are encouraged to submit EdChoice Scholarship applications during the priority application window). Check here to see the determination of eligibility.
Due to the State of Ohio shelter in place mandate, the application submissions MUST be submitted via email to Allison Parrish-Tinkle. Only completed applications will be accepted. Completed applications include EdChoice request or renewal form, proof of address, and copy of birth certificate sent as individual PDFs or photographs.
If you cannot scan the completed application for emailing, please take individual photos of application and supporting documents with your phone and email them to Ms. Parrish-Tinkle.
Again, the EdChoice Website has all the important details on the program plus information on how to apply, fact sheets, etc., so please refer to the site for all pertinent information.
When looking for Ursuline Academy on the EdChoice Provider page, please select EdChoice FY 2021. This is the fiscal year designation for our participation as an EdChoice Provider.
For any additional questions, please email Allison Parrish-Tinkle.
