Schedule

Students may begin arriving at school at 6:55 a.m.

We suggest students enter the school building no later than 7:45 a.m. Students must be in their designated homerooms by 7:50 a.m. or they will be considered tardy.

Ursuline’s modular schedule does not include a designated lunch period each day. Students can eat in the café during their free mods. Where possible, students are scheduled for free mods during a typical lunchtime window.

In the event of a campus emergency or inclement weather that may delay the opening of, close school, or cancel activities, the Ursuline Academy communications team posts information on our social media channels and notifies parents and students through email and text messages. To ensure communication is received, the school asks families to verify contact information in Final Forms each summer.

A rolling dismissal begins at 3 p.m. Bus riders and seniors are dismissed first, followed by juniors, sophomores, and then freshmen. Unless participating in a school-related event, students should be picked up no later than 4 p.m.
