• Login into your PlusPortals account. 
• If you have 2 daughters, select which daughter’s information you’d like to view.  
• To review semester grades and schedules, select the E-Locker tab in the menu bar. 
• You will be able to view all historic and current progress reports, report cards, and schedules throughout your daughter’s time at Ursuline Academy. 

• Login into your Canvas Parent Portal.
• Your daughter’s courses will be listed on your dashboard.  
• In the courses, important information will be listed about each particular course. 
• On the right side of the dashboard, there is a View Grades button. 
• Your daughter’s course grades will be listed under this tab. 

• Login into your PlusPortals account.

• Type in your email  
• Fill out requested personal information  
• Verify your phone number 
• Set a password

• Add your student using the school’s name and your student ID  
• Make a payment to your student’s account with your credit/debit card or electronic check  

• Log in to your FinalForms account
• Select the Update My Contact Information Form  

• Login into your PlusPortals account. 
• Select Directory from the top menu bar. 
• Under the Directory tab, navigate to the tab labeled Staff Directory. 
• Under the Staff Directory, the staff members' email, room number, and extension will be listed. 

• Click Let’s Get Started
• Select which courses you are enrolled in  
• View the materials and add to cart  
• Proceed to checkout  
• Enter Payment Information and Complete Order  

• Create an account 
• Enter book ISBN(s) for a quote 
• Enter payment type 
• Gather Print Shipping Materials  

• Log in to Blackbaud Enrollment Management
• Select Blackbaud tuition management  

• Review Eligibility Criteria
• Find your school/provider 
• Apply for scholarship 
• Income Verification

• Click Discover to research hundreds of colleges  

• Go on the Schoolbelles website 
• Input the Academic year and school code (S1994) 
• Select desired items and add to cart  
• Checkout

Contact the Main Office to learn about current volunteer opportunities. The Archdiocese of Cincinnati requires that all volunteers are Safe Parish certified. Follow Ursuline's process for certification.

You can access the school directory via PlusPortals.

Your student must have a driver's license to be eligible for a parking permit. Complete the online form to purchase a parking permit. Permits are $110 and will be valid through the end of the 2025-2026 school year.
