Daily Workouts for Athletes

While we are all trying to navigate this new normal at home, here is just one way we can keep our mind and body ready for whatever sport season we will recover. Daily workout videos will be available. All workouts, should be modified as needed based on your skill, abilities or need.

Each workout will have a description, in case that is easier for you. We will also incorporate, rest/stretching days. There are also tons of videos and free classes that can be found online. Just go do something for 25-30 minutes a day. Get your heart rate up, sweat a little and have some fun - while social distancing.


9 x 12 - repeat 2-3 times
9 exercises - 12 reps of each - repeat 2-3 times for 20-25 min workout
Squat, planks, burpees - with lunge, lunge knee tap, planks, burpee 180 jump, squat w lateral jump, plank twist, full burpee

Modify as needed - have fun
