Congratulations, Class of 2025!

In the Catholic tradition of Ursuline education, Ursuline Academy prepares the young woman for college and beyond by nurturing her soul, intellect, heart, and imagination. We know that each admitted student embodies the Ursuline spirit and commitment to excellence, service, and spirituality, and we would love to welcome her into our Ursuline sisterhood.

We believe the Class of 2025 will be a special one, and we hope you will be a part of it. We look forward to welcoming you into our Ursuline family.

Admitted Students Reception

We invite you to join us on Thursday, January 21 from 7:00 - 8:00 pm for a virtual reception celebrating students admitted to the Class of 2025.

Acceptance Packages

You will receive a complete acceptance package in the mail, which includes tuition, scholarship, and financial aid information, if applicable. In the package, you will also receive instructions on how to enroll your daughter as a member of the Class of 2025 on Registration Day, which is Wednesday, January 27. The acceptance packages were mailed via the United States Postal Service the morning of Wednesday, January 13. If you do not receive your package in a timely manner, please contact the admissions office.

No Contact Period

Per the agreement among the Catholic high schools of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, during the period from January 13 until January 18, representatives from Ursuline will not contact parents and/or students regarding admissions. This period of time is to allow for families to discern their high school decision. However, parents may initiate contact with Ursuline during this time should they have any questions.

How to Enroll in the Class of 2025

To officially enroll in Ursuline's Class of, your daughter’s electronic enrollment contract must be signed and a non-refundable tuition deposit of $1,000 must be paid online on Wednesday, January 27.

Parents can complete the enrollment contract as well as pay the tuition deposit online in the admissions portal that you used to apply to Ursuline. The contract and deposit will not become available in your portal until 12:00 am on January 27 in keeping with the RWB recruiting agreement among the Catholic schools.

The portal can be accessed at using the same login credentials that you set up when completing the application.

Registration Day Celebration

We will be hosting a (physically distanced) registration day celebration on Wednesday, January 27. Parents and newly enrolled students can stop by Ursuline’s Besl Theatre any time between 3:00 – 7:00 pm to pick up a Class of 2025 t-shirt and yard sign, take some photos, and enjoy some small treats and hot cocoa to celebrate the newly enrolled Class of 2025.

The UA spirit wear store will also be open during this time. Families can pre-order spirit wear online or sign up for a time slot to shop. All details will be sent via email and posted here on January 19 after the no-contact period is over.
