8th Grade Day: Peace Love Roar -- Tuesday, August 13, 2024
Don't miss out on this day that we created just for YOU! You will hang out with current UA students, participate in super fun activities like our scavenger hunt, a tie dye event, a fun service project, free lunch in the cafe and you can even live out a little bit of the Eras Tour experience by making and trading bracelets! To top it all off, you will join our Ursuline community for the first Pep Rally of the year! It's going to be a blast and we cannot wait to kick off the school year with you!
Shadow Days (2024 - 2025 School Year) -- September - November 2024
Spend the day "shadowing" a current UA student and find out what it's like to be an Ursuline Lion! Registration for Shadow Days is open!
Volleyball Grade School Night -- Tuesday, September 17, 2024
Come cheer on the Lions at our Varsity Volleyball game! Grade school students will receive free admission to the game.
Crafts and Conversations at UA: Vision Board Night -- Saturday, September 21, 2024
Led by current UA students, all girls in 6th and 7th grades are invited to join us at UA for a craft night! In keeping with the core values of Ursuline, our theme will be " Voice. Values. VISION." Girls will enjoy dinner and a treat, while getting a chance to chat. Register with a friend or use this as a great opportunity to meet girls from all over the city!
Soccer Grade School Night -- Tuesday, October 8, 2024
Come cheer on the Lions at our Varsity Soccer game! Grade school students will receive free admission to the game.
Prospective Parent Information Night -- Tuesday, October 15, 2024
Join us to learn about UA and what makes us the premier Catholic, All-Girls high school in the Tri-State. During the evening you will attend sessions of your choice covering various topics such as: athletics, investing in an Ursuline education, academics, counseling & student support services, student life, and more. Towards the end of the evening, you will have an opportunity to participate in a panel discussion with UA faculty, parents, and alumnae.
Fall Open House -- Saturday, November 2, 2024 -- 9 a.m. to noon
Our Fall Open House is for all prospective families - whether your daughter is a 5th, 6th, or 7th grader starting to explore high school options, an 8th grader who has not yet made a high school decision, or a potential transfer student, you are welcome!
High School Placement Test (HSPT) -- Saturday, November 23, 2024
This test is required for all incoming Freshman and open for registration through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.

Lions Night Out -- Friday, December 6, 2024
All current 8th grade girls interested in applying to the Class of 2029 are invited to join us for a night of fun at Ursuline!
Basketball Grade School Night -- Monday, December 9, 2024

Reception for Accepted Students -- Wednesday, January 22, 2025
All 8th graders admitted to Ursuline's Class of 2029 and their families are invited to join us for a celebratory evening which also includes the opportunity to ask final questions before making the high school decision.
Registration Day for the Class of 2029 -- Friday, January 31, 2025
Parents and newly enrolled students can stop by Ursuline’s Besl Theatre to pick up a Class of 2029 t-shirt and yard sign, take some photos, and enjoy some small treats and hot cocoa to celebrate the newly enrolled Class of 2029. The UA spirit wear store will also be open during this time.
