St. Peter and the Vatican: Private Showing February 18, 2004
St. Peter and the Vatican, The Legacy of the Popes.
Join us for a private showing of this once in a lifetime exhibit. The
exhibit is the largest of its kind to tour North America. Many of the
objects have never been outside the Vatican or seen by the public. The
exhibit will only be in four US cities: Houston, Ft. Lauderdale, San
Diego, and Cincinnati.
Wednesday, February 18, 2004. Cincinnati Museum Center, Union Terminal,
Exhibit 6:30 – 9:00 pm. Adults $25, Students $10.
All proceeds to benefit UA Need-Based Scholarships. Invitations to follow

Ursuline Academy is having a private showing of this once in a lifetime

Exam Directives for First Semester
STUDY DAY/EXAMS JANUARY, 2006
STUDY DAY
On Tuesday, January 17, Ursuline
Academy will have a school wide study
day. On this day, review sessions will be held on the hour by departments.
Students are free to come and go for whichever sessions they feel will benefit
them. The schedule for department review sessions is as follows: 8:30 Science
9:30 Social Studies/Health, 10:30
Religious Studies,11:30 World Languages, 12:30 Math, 1:30 English. Students will be expected to sign in
with the teachers they meet for review.
EXAM DAYS
January 18-20 are exam days.
On those days we will be following an exam schedule beginning at
8:30. Three exams are scheduled
each day: 8:30-10, 10:30-12, and 12:30-2. The following procedures
will be in effect:
1. Students
should report to the exam room 5 minutes prior to the exam.
2. All
exams are 90 minutes long and all students scheduled for an exam are to remain
in the testing area for the full test period.
3. A
student may arrive late or leave after her last exam each day if the form
has been
completed and returned to school by
Friday, January 13. (Form available on Edline under "School
Info."
4. Students
who do not return the form on time must remain at school for the entire length
of the exam day.
5. If a
student is not scheduled for an exam on a given day, she does not need to report
to school.
Please indicate on the form below that she will not be in attendance on that
day.
6. If a
student is ill on an exam day, please call the attendance office between
7:30 and 8:30 that
morning.
7. All students are required
to sign out after their last exam each day. Failure to sign
out will result in demerits.
