Important AP Test Registration Information

Registration for upcoming AP tests will take place in the Guidance Department from 2/22-3/12.  The AP tests are administered in May, but AP students register and pay for EACH AP exam they plan to take during these registration dates. Please follow the directions given on the registration form in the Guidance Department. Checks should be made out to Ursuline Academy. Each AP exam costs $86.00 and students registering for more than one exam can pay for multiple exams with one check. The exams must be paid for at the time of registration.

It is important to remember that a student can earn college credit or be placed out of entry level coursework only by taking the AP exam for the corresponding course and achieving a strong AP exam grade. A student who is enrolled in an AP course who does not take the AP exam will not have the opportunity to earn credit or advanced placement in college. AP exams are an essential part of the AP experience, enabling students to demonstrate their mastery of college level coursework.
