Performing Arts

The Ursuline Academy Performing Arts Department consists of approximately 200 students who participate in A’cappella Choir, Women’s Chorus, Show Choir, Concert Band, String Orchestra and Sinfonia. Members perform in a Fall Concert "Sampler", the Winter and Spring Concerts, OMEA Solo & Ensemble competition, Show Choir festivals and competitions as well as an annual Spring Trip festival performance. In addition, members enjoy entertaining in a variety of optional gigs or performances specific to their ensemble. The music ensembles are credited classes and students receive fine arts credit upon successful completion of the required activities. A complete calendar of events is available from this web site.
