Leadership Giving Update
As of July 1, 2007, the Julia Chatfield Society giving level
increased from $500 to $1000. Those individuals making a gift of $1000 or
more will become members of the Julia Chatfield Society and will be
recognized as our leadership donors. If you have any questions, please

Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is Ursuline’s primary vehicle for
supporting the school’s operating needs each year and the most fundamental
way you can support Ursuline’s mission. This annual appeal raises
unrestricted current-use dollars that help fund the many features that
keep Ursuline extraordinary - including the outstanding educational
curriculum, a low student / faculty ratio, faculty and staff retention and
for the maintenance of our campus. Annual Fund efforts begin in the
fall and continue through June 30th of the following year.
Leadership Gifts & The Julia Chatfield
Society
The Julia Chatfield Society, named for the Ursuline
sister who founded the Ursulines of Brown County in 1845, was established
in 1990 to recognize those individuals who make leadership gifts of $1000
or more each year to the Annual Fund. Members are invited to The
Julia Chatfield Society Recognition Mass and Dinner held each October in
appreciation for their generosity.
Why give?
- Tuition covers only 81% of the operating budget. The most cost
effective way to help us bridge the $2227 gap per student per year,
manage rising tuition costs and take advantage of a tax deductible
giving option is to make a cash or stock gift to our Annual Fund.
- Annual Fund gifts directly impact the quality of education
current students receive.
- Whether you’re a parent, an alumnae, faculty or staff member or
friend of Ursuline the Annual Fund is a significant way to show how
much you value the excellent education, spiritual foundation and service
and leadership skills Ursuline continues to provide young women.
- By giving generously, you set an example to others. A successful
Annual Fund not only fuels the school but impacts endowment giving,
capital gifts and community support.
Make a Gift
Annual Fund gifts are accepted via personal check,
credit card, or in stock. Pledges are welcome with payment being made in
monthly or quarterly increments. For your convenience, Ursuline can send
you a reminder. Your gift can be made by printing out the form below and
sending it to us via mail or by contacting Elina Mantuano, Director of
Annual Giving, at 513-791-5791, ext. 1209, or emantuano@ursulineacademy.org.

Match a
Gift
Many companies offer a matching gifts program to support their
employees’ philanthropy. Check with your company to see if this benefit is
offered. It’s a simply way to double or even triple your
gift.
Please give generously to the Annual Fund and look for your
name to appear in our Honor Roll of Donors mailed each fall.
