The Lions in Waiting program is open to 5th -8th grade girls from diverse backgrounds, who are passionate about learning.  The purpose of the program is to cultivate, nurture and develop the potential leadership qualities that each young woman already possesses.

The mission of the Lions in Waiting program is to seek, inspire, educate, and prepare girls from a diversity of backgrounds for the academic, cultural, and social challenges of a challenging college preparatory high school environment while building self-confidence.  Lions in Waiting provides a connection with the student body with information about events and activities occurring at Ursuline.
