Arrival and Departure

Please go to your regularly scheduled homeroom.  (You can place your bags in the chapel if necessary.)  After homeroom, please come to the main lobby – where you will check-in and get on the bus which will transport you to Milford.  Whatever you pack will have to ride out and back with you – on your lap.  (Only a few minutes!) The bus will return you to school by 3:30pm on the second day of the retreat – so that you can make travel plans accordingly.

It is recommended that you NOT leave your car in the school parking lot.

If you encounter any problems, please call the school (791-5791) or Jesuit (248-3517).

What Happens on Retreat?

The word ‘retreat’ means ‘to step back.’  Your days on retreat will offer a chance to step back from school, jobs, and your regular schedule.  Retreat will be a time to look at who you are as a person and in what direction your life is going.  Many people have found that retreat can be a good time to think about important decisions.  Retreat is also a chance to get to know your classmates better, to be real with another, and to get beyond the masks we often wear.  Finally, the two days can provide some time to figure out who God is for you, and what values are most important to you right now.  You can expect small group discussions, large group sessions, prayer services, quiet time and free time.

We hope that your retreat is a good experience for you.  We look forward to seeing you!
