Director of Alumnae Relations

Ursuline Academy, a Catholic, independent, college preparatory school for young women in grades 9-12, seeks an energetic, self-motivated professional to join the Development staff as Director of Alumnae Relations.

The Director is responsible for planning and implementing activities that offer meaningful engagement among alumnae and between graduates and the school. In addition, the Director is charged with managing the Alumnae Advisory Council, the annual reunion and reunion class fundraising, as well as identifying, cultivating and stewarding constituent relationships in order to achieve advancement goals.

Applicants should have experience in volunteer management and fundraising. Candidates must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to work collaboratively and courteously with colleagues and constituents.

This is a salaried, full time position. Weekend and evening availability is essential. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.
