Ursuline Ultimate Auction 2013 

Ursuline Academy will be holding its 31st Ultimate Auction on November 23, 2013 in our own Besl Theatre. It is our honor to announce that this year’s Auction is co-chaired by couples Gerry and Jenny Reilly, parents of Margaret ’06, Caroline ’10, Katie ’12, Sarah ’14 and Grace ’16 and Joe and Jean Desch, parents of Olivia ’14 and Madolyn ’16.

Together we are building a talented Steering Committee who will ensure that Auction 2013 breaks all records for proceeds and fun. This year’s theme celebrates the power of Ursuline ‘green’ along with environmental awareness to reuse, recycle and repurpose. The auction is guaranteed to be an enjoyable night of silent and live oral auction items! With months of work, the success of Ursuline’s Annual Ultimate Auction cannot survive without the dedicated parents, alumnae, and friends of Ursuline.

Gift gathering Parties are an important way to support the Auction. This is the perfect opportunity to socialize and build your relationships within the UA community. Guests are invited to bring a gift for the Ultimate Auction along with a Donation Form. Click here for a Donation Form.

• The Class of 2017 Freshman Gift Gathering Party is Friday, September 13, 2013 from 7pm-9pm at the home of Tim and Susan Viox. Invitations will be mailed in August. This party includes parents and daughters.

• The All School Gift Gathering opportunity is the week of September 16th with Go Green Kick-off day on Monday, September 16th.  Auction Donation Drop-off days will be the mornings of Wednesday, September 18th, Thursday, September 19th and Friday, September 20th. 

• In the spirit of our Auction theme, a recycled shoe collection effort will take place throughout the week of September 16th. The goal is 5,000 shoes to benefit the WaterStep organization which provides safe water to developing countries.  Click here to learn more about the work of WaterStep. 

The Ultimate Auction Sponsorship Program is another way to support the Auction. Sponsorships range from $250 to $5,000. This is an easy way to make a donation to the Auction. Sponsorships can either be business or individual. Click here for a Sponsorship Form.
