Ms. Redmond began her career at Ursuline in 1992. She has a B.A. and an M.A. from Northern Kentucky University and has completed post-graduate work at Xavier University and Northern Kentucky University.

Mr. Thomas Barhorst, Principal
Mr. Barhorst began his career at Ursuline in 1998. He has a B.A. from Xavier University and an MSE from the University of Dayton.

Ms. Mary Bender, Assistant Principal
Ms. Bender began her career at Ursuline in 2001. She has a B.S. and an M.Ed. from
Ms.. Bender supports students as they acclimate to the environment of Ursuline Academy. Her responsibilities include informing students about and enforcing policies related to attendance and discipline. She also works with students and families regarding health needs. She serves on SAC, the school intervention team, to provide accommodations as needed for students with academic and health needs. She also works closely with department coordinators to revise curriculum as needed and to maintain curricular standards.

Ms. Jill Hallahan, Assistant Principal
Ms. Hallahan began her career at Ursuline in 2006. She has a B.A. from Thomas More College, an M.A.T. from University of Cincinnati, and
Ms. Hallahan serves as the director of student activities, facilitates the new employee orientation program, oversees teacher licensure for Ursuline faculty, and works closely with the Community Ministries department. Ms. Hallahan serves as a Board of Trustees member and Treasurer for the Ursuline Education Network, which is a national organization that connects all schools operating in the Ursuline tradition.
